I filmed this Tuesday and it was suppose to be apart of a vlog but I decided it should go up just the way it is. I think it's easy to hide the sad days and days you don't normally want to share on social media, but I think it's important. I wasn't going to post this. It was more of a way for me to talk about how I was feeling that morning. Today I had a class and they talked about anxiety and depression rates in kids and their screen time having a link. It encouraged me to share this video. I want to be real and show that we are all human and some times you have sad days. I'm not always feeling my best and it's easy to show the best days, but being brave enough to lay out the bad/sad days is important.
