ANTIPASTI BRUSCHETTA

INGREDIENTS:
1 Italian rustic loaf

1 clove garlic, peeled & cut in half
1 jar Mr Organic Mr Organic Italian Sundried Tomatoes Antipasti: http://bit.ly/2qsFlM5
1 jar Mr Organic Italian Grilled Artichokes Antipasti: http://bit.ly/2rfjKqE
1 jar Mr Organic Italian Grilled Red Peppers Antipasti: http://bit.ly/33onnJb
Black olives, sliced
Fresh Basil
Salt & pepper


METHOD:
For this, first cut up a white italian rustic loaf, into roughly 2cm thick slices. Lay them out evenly on a baking tray and place them in a preheated oven at 200 degrees celsius to toast on one side for around 10 minutes until slightly golden, and once done, turn them over onto the other side to toast. Remove the toasted bread from the oven, then take half a clove of garlic and just rub it roughly over the top side of each slice, then take a bottle of the Mr Organic Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil and drizzle a small amount of that over the top. Spead a teaspoon of the Mr Organic Tomato & Olive or Tomato & Onion Bruschetta Toppings on each slice of toast. Top each toast with different combinations of the Mr Organic Antipasti; Sun-dried Tomatoes, Artichoke and Grilled Peppers, some sliced black olives also make a really nice addition as an extra topping as does some fresh chopped basil just scattered over the top of the bruschettas, with a little season of some sea salt and fresh cracked black pepper. Any remaining antipasti is ideal for sharing with friends and family, as an extra side to these tasty bruschettas, these are perfect for so many occasions and are so quick and easy to make.
