This became so much more of a ramble then I had intended lol. I have just been in an odd place with myself and I want to refocus and recenter this whole series around health. It was always supposed to be around health and literally the only thing REALLY changing is I will not longer be including calorie counts or mentioning weight loss. I will still be on my own journey. I need to get my mental health right and its ridiculous the pressure I put on myself sometimes. I got this! I just want this to be fun. And it will be!

ANYWAY.
