Even when we have nothing left to give we still push ourselves to do so. We give our time, energy, conversation, love, friendship, work, etc. But when you pour from an empty cup, not only does it make you feel drained, it also keeps you from giving your best. For today's Mindful Monday we take a moment to think about how we ensure that we keep our cups full and how mindfulness practice can help us better identify the areas in our lives that take more than they give.
