Whatever it may be for you. For me it changes daily. But when I have the extra time I like to take care of my skin. These products I used during pregnancy and I am continuing to use them afterwards. It has left my skin feeling hydrated, glowy and I have noticed less visble dark spots around my cheekbone area.
