Last week we talked about allowing ourselves to celebrate our successes and feel the joy we deserve. This week we take it a step further and discuss how we talk to ourselves. Sometimes without even noticing we can be harsh on ourselves, using words with ourselves that we wouldn’t even use towards others. But why? And how do we stop? Mindfulness practice helps us answer those questions and helps to evaluate how we’re feeling and what our actions and words are saying to ourselves and others.
