4 Tips For Successfully Using a Standing Desk‣

1. Make sure you’re wearing proper footwear. Shoes that provide arch support is best. Consider purchasing an anti-fatigue mat to stand on while working.

2. Avoid strain on your knees and hips by standing straight and keep your feet evenly on the ground. Distribute your weight evenly.

3. The height of your desk should be where your arms are at a 90 degree angle when typing.

4. Take breaks! Just like sitting for a long period of time, your body needs to continuously be active to avoid strains. Best part about a standing desk is that you’re able to move around freely so easily.
