What is up you guys 💘 Today I’m showing you my absolute favorite exercise that has helped develop my hamstring muscles, providing a nice, plump appearance to this region which in turn helps reduce the appearance of cellulite/dimples (since we are strengthening the muscles in this specific region).

⠀
I just want to disclose☝🏽that it is very common to have cellulite in this region of your body and that most women carry cellulite here, however, genetics 🧬 do play a role. There are some individuals who naturally have more defined Glute and Hamstring muscles and that’s OK! We can always improve our own muscular development to enhance our physique.
⠀
✖️Side Note : This is not the only exercise to perform when trying to work on your Glute 🍑& Hamstring 🦵🏽 Tie-In, this is just my personal favorite as it’s really helped reduce my cellulite 🙌🏽, I would also recommend working on Barbell Hip Thrusts, Lunges, Deadlifts, Squats 🏋🏻♀️. All of these exercises are targeting 🎯 the “under butt” area.
⠀
😮 Ultimately, your Glutes & Hamstrings are the two muscles that make up this region of the body there is no “under butt” muscle 😂 so focusing on exercises that improve Glute and Hamstring development will help you achieve the smooth transition between the two muscle groups.
