Hey lovelies! Aj recently celebrated his 2nd birthday. It was a busy week and in amongst all the celebrations. With a chill in the air as winter upon us and winter illnesses like flu starting to go around, we went to get some information about the flu vaccine for little ones. I headed to Dr Sara Kayat's clinic for a chat about the flu virus and the flu vaccine, where she informed me that children between 2 – 3 years old who were born before 31st August 2019 are eligible for the free flu vaccine nasal spray. Aj’s still too young, but he will be getting his next year. So, if you have children of this age then please do go and get them vaccinated at your local GP clinic to stop them getting this horrible illness.
