Don't panic! I will still be sharing all things beauty as well as vlogs! Lets just call this a new series I am starting.

Affirmations help us to think positively by re wiring our mind, once we change our mindset, we change our life as well everything around us.. We can handle situations better, if we are dealing with someone who is toxic, we will be able to handle them better.

If you feel any negative emotions, do write them down and email me! Lets talk! I also need to make it clear, if we have blockages we need to deal with them otherwise affirmations will not work or they will work but not to the full potential.
