When Chelsea was first looking over options to prevent pregnancy before we got married, the only option it seemed was hormonal birth control. When many of these forms of birth control don't have any natural forms of the hormones in them. This was one of the reasons why we choose to have a more wholistic approach to BC and to our health in general! The main purpose of this video is to inform women that their options for birth control doesn't have to be what is prescribed at the doctor, we have the ability to explore other options.
