This closet declutter was put off WAY too long. I graduated college last year and still have many pieces from high school that don't fit. I continued to grow until I was 20 so many of these pieces are too short or I filled out more so they just don't fit. So relieved to have finally gotten to a summer closet cleanout. After decluttering my closet it's been so much easier to find clothing and get dressed. I can see the items that were getting lost before and know that everything in my closet fits and is liked. I highly recommend doing a closet declutter yourself if you haven't in a while. It's such a relief. The hardest part of this closet declutter was definitely my blouses and dresses. It was easier to go through my bottoms, skirts, and tshirts. All the beautiful blouses made this closet declutter much harder but I think I did pretty well overall! I got rid of a giant pile of clothes and even a pair of shoes. I didn't go through my shoes during this closet declutter because I filmed a shoe declutter last year and haven't added much, but there was one pair of boots that I didn't wear ONCE all winter so it was time to let them go.
