** I've worn this mascara a ton since this video and my FAVORITE combination is this one layered with the Wander Beauty Mile High Mascara on top (the tips and the bottom lashes) - it's BEAUTIFUL. Dusting powder on the skin and tips of the bottom lashes does help though (vs. end of day wrap here)
