Today I am sharing a large collection haul with high end makeup deals at Ross, TJ Maxx makeup finds, and a lovely gift two friends gave me which has many discount makeup products and other goodies! I love sharing Ross and TJ Maxx makeup finds as I'm all about finding a great deal. Everything in this video is cruelty free to the very best of my knowledge as always. I was so excited about the high end makeup finds at Ross! The one I just had to pick up was the Balm liquid highlighters set - I had been looking at this on their website a few days before and it was full price, so finding it at far more than half off was thrilling! I'd say overall I have better luck finding high end TJ Maxx makeup finds since they usually have a larger selection, at least where I live.
