Today we have a much different video for me.. and one I never imagined making. As a plus size human I have always had a weird relationship with food. Eating too much, not enough. Being embarrassed to eat in front of people.. Oh my. I could go on.

I wanted to wait til I felt like I was at a good place and "strong enough" to put this out there. Please PLEASE PLEASE do not take this as something I think you should do. I truly am focusing on the health and am only doing this because I love myself enough to know I deserve to feel better than this. My arthritis / connective tissue disorder is directly affected by my weight. Not to mention high cholesterol & hypertension are common in my family. I just want to take care of me. I know it sounds like a diet but really guys.. I feel like I am eating so much more than before and actually eating like a normal human being.

I know many of you are spoonies too so you may relate. GAH this is the longest video ever but I just had so much to say. If you enjoy this content please give this a thumbs up and I will create more for you! Also leave some love below cause I am still pretty nervous about this video.. LOL

I know I shouldn't be too nervous because I truly have the most LOVING and WONDERFUL SUPPORTIVE Subbies in the world. I am so blessed.
