Hey friends! Today I'm sharing a long overdue review on the best waterproof sleep and fitness tracker: the Oura Ring. I've had my Oura Ring for over a year at this point, and I'm on my second ring, so I feel like I have a really good perspective to share with you. I wouldn’t call myself a huge biohacker, but I’m definitely learning more about the topic. I wanted a fitness device that I could wear in the water and never had to take off. I needed a fitness device that tracks my steps and activities, because that motivates me to do more. And for the love of Gods I needed one that wasn’t horribly ugly.
