How to apply Winged Eyeliner - How Tuesday- (NoBlandMakeup)

Hey guys! Today I'm doing a video I keep mentioning... for like years now... How to apply eyeliner! Specifically winged eyeliner! It's actually super easy to do, especially if you happen to have some pen eyeliner- those tend to be the easiest when it comes to applying winged eyeliner. Hopefully this also helps out the hooded eye peeps out there as well. Just remember to keep checking by looking straight forward to make sure your eyeliner shows over the flap.
