Not everyday is going to be perfect, pandemic or no pandemic, it's just the balance of life. The important thing to focus on is how we feel and how we will react to those feelings. If you need to sleep, sleep. If you need to shut off your phone for a bit, do that! Whatever helps you to work through the feelings. More than ever it's important that we are not only kind to others but also to ourselves. ✨
