im new to graphic liner and this is my attempt, I shall keep trying

The blue liner I started with Loreal infallible paints electric blue (this would of worked but its dried out, wah)

white eyeliner from Urban Decay Razor Sharp long wear eyeliner in BUMP
Urban Decay Heavy Metal Glitter in midnight cowboy

Mac HOLD FOR 10 BLUE mascara :)
