A question we're asked quite a lot is; What tips and tricks are there for holding a curl for longer? If you have fine or naturally straight hair this can be such a struggle, so we decided to create a how-to video in order to help anyone out there with this problem.

The most important things to focus on when styling your hair and giving it that staying power is:

- Work in small sections
- Prep your hair correctly in order to give it body and memory
- Use the correct tool, the barrel size you use is so important, we'd recommend a medium barrel which is around 1 inch
- Try not to touch your hair too often, it's important to leave your hair set
- Once you've pinned your hair you will need to leave your hair cool completely, you can quicken up this process by using the cooling setting on your hairdryer.
- When brushing out your curls be very gentle
- Finish with a flexible strong hold hairspray
