1 can black beans
3/4 cup oats
12 sliced cherry tomatoes
2 tbsp tofu aioli (see bellow)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp marmite
1 tsp nutritional yeast
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
3 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
a dash of italian seasoning
For Tapenada you will need:
5 tbsp olive oil
3 carrots
1 green bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
8 cloves of garlic
1 red onion
1 package mushrooms
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 can olives
For Aioli you will need:
1/4 cup catalina dressing
1/2 block tofu
1 tbsp garlic powder
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
about 1/4 cup tofu juice
serve with chips, cookies, or fruit.
