In this time of social distancing and quarantine it can be easy to start feeling isolated but with the help of mindfulness practice we can bring a sense of calm to ourselves and continue nurturing ourselves to get through this difficult time. We can start by being more mindful about how we spend our days, how we interact with others and what we can do right now to better ourselves for when this pandemic is over. Let's all work to fill our feeds with kindness and to come together as a community to spread more love and joy in any way that we can.❤️✨
