Some may say this burns the hair. I’ve been using this for YEARS since I was able to do my own hair. I use it when straightening my hair too. My hair can handle a lot of heat so make sure you apply the products in a way that works for you. This was my method.

This is also a heavier hair oil that weighs the hair down. I don’t have problems with volume so I don’t mind. For those with thinner or even straight hair, I’d recommend a lighter hair oil.

So far, so good on this hair tool. It works well. There are things I don’t enjoy about it like the heat setting button right where the hand holds the tool. It ends up changing the temperature and If you aren’t checking, you won’t notice until afterward.
