SHOYU AHI POKE INGREDIENTS:
• 1 lb. fresh (highest quality) ahi poke steak, cut into small cubes
• 1 cup onion, thinly sliced
• 1/4 cup green onion, chopped
• 1/2 cup ogo (limu), chopped
• 3 tbsp Ohana Flavors shoyu poke sauce* https://bit.ly/poke-sauce
• 1 tsp Ohana Flavors hawaiian salt poke mix* https://bit.ly/poke-sauce
*If you do not have Ohana Flavors shoyu poke sauce and hawaiian salt poke mix, substitute using these ingredients:
• 1 tsp hawaiian salt https://amzn.to/3dcJFSK

• 2 tbsp vegetable oil https://amzn.to/2WfPg3y
• 2 tsp sesame oil https://amzn.to/2z9N060
• 3 tbsp shoyu (soy sauce) https://amzn.to/3bVAqpE
HOW TO MAKE SHOYU AHI POKE:
• In a mixing bowl, add all ingredients together such as ahi cubes, thinly sliced onions, chopped green onions, chopped ogo (limu), shoyu poke sauce*, and hawaiian salt poke mix*. Adjust flavors to your liking.
If you do not have the sauce and mix mentioned, substitute it using these ingredients: hawaiian salt, chili flakes, vegetable oil, sesame oil, and soy sauce.
• Serve immediately over rice (poke bowl) or lettuce (poke lettuce wraps). If eating later, refrigerate until ready to serve. Enjoy your homemade shoyu ahi poke!
Optional: add a tablespoon of chopped macadamia nuts for added texture and flavor.
