Smokey Eye Makeup with a Blue Pop of Color (NoBlandMakeup)

Hey guys! So I've got another video that I recorded a while back, this time some smokey eye makeup awesomeness with a bright blue pop of color. What can I say? Bright Blue eye makeup amuses me greatly lol. Also this one gave me an excuse to use some loose pigment. If you ever want your eye shadow to pop like no one's business, get a loose pigment. Seriously. Especially if you want to put it on top of other makeup, especially a smokey eye.
