For many of us who battle our bodies daily, social distancing is not a new thing. We understand that it comes at a price, loneliness, depression and anxiety are just a few things we feel. Now with so many being forced to lock themselves away, we can offer some understanding in areas where we were denied. I hope this video will help you to understand better what we deal with and more importantly, I hope it will help you to reach out to those around you and check on them.
