The stages of grief are constantly going on when you are battling your body. There are seemingly always new symptoms, doctors, hospital stays and more. Depression is very real as well as anxiety. Some have been made to feel that these mental health issues mean something is wrong with them. Well, there is, they are fighing their bodies and this was not part of anyones plan. Those of us who deal with this just want to live a pleasant, healthy life but that is not our fate so of course we are depressed. In this video, I share my story on my 1st anxiety attack and the feelings of depression. If you have watched my videos before, you know, I don't do "heavy" in spite of my topic so I hope you will watch, learn, share and subscribe. Apologies if the video looks a little fuzzy, I have issues with my eyes (thus the glasses) and sometimes things are clear to others and fuzzy to me so if this is actually fuzzy, please forgive me.
