I juiced:
- 3 Apples | a good source of antioxidants and flavonoids, vitamin A and C along with calcium and potassium
- 1 Beet | improve cardiovascular function and reduce blood pressure. Friends, don't be alarmed if your urine/stool is pink/red if you juice beet. It's not blood it's beet. (I was freaked out for .5 seconds until I remembered I had beet juice)
- 1 Cucumber | Has lots of vitamin A which helps intact surface lining in the eyes, respiratory tract, urinary tract and gastrointestinal tract
- 1 small handful of cilantro
