FULL LEG & BOOTY WORKOUT! Let's go! So nervous to post this because... it's my first official try hard Workout video! I'm honestly not sure which was harder, doing the actual workout or moving all this heavy furniture & lighting equipment around a million times to get good angles lmao I really do give serious props to the girls who regularly create workout videos on Instagram. I'll tell you guys right now, it's WAY MORE DIFFICULT than it looks! Should I do full length workout videos or only show demos of each workout like I did here? I know some of you might want to follow along instead and maybe I can explain the workouts first, then do them with you? LMK what you think I need your help lol

So this is an at home routine I created for myself to supplement what I'd usually do in the gym. I hit legs about 2-3x a week. This is a brutal workout that you WILL NOT be able to sit, walk, or barely stand the next few days after. So prepare yourself! lol The soreness will be in full effect! I used limited equitment (a mixture of bodyweight and one 25lb dumbbell) I'm posting the full workout video tonight (almost done editing it!) onto my Youtube Channel with more detailed instructions on how to perform each exercise properly so you can follow along & get the best results possible! Bodyweight Squats 3x12-15
Front Squats 25lb 4x12-15
Bulgarian Split Squat Bodyweight 3x12-15
Hip Thrust 25lb 3x12-15
Glute Bridge 25pd 3x12-15
Romanian Deadlifts 25lb 3x12-15
Single Leg RDL 25lb 3x-12-15
Sumo Squats Bodyweight 3x12-15
Alt Dumbbell Calf Raises 3x-12-15 each side

Take 30second breaks between each set, 1-2minute breaks between each workout
