Welcome to a new mindful day with me. In this no talking vlog format, I share with you some of my daily tasks. We’re often so distracted by all the busyness, noise, and clutter we create for ourselves. In these past few years, I have been more mindful and conscious in through small simple tasks in my daily life. This has helped me become less anxious and more aware. By allowing our thoughts to flow, process, and becoming aware of our internal and external space, we’re allowing ourselves to be in the moment.
