PICKLED MANGO INGREDIENTS:
• fresh mangoes, sliced
• 1 cup water
• 1 cup rice vinegar https://amzn.to/3bC2puk

• 1 tbsp li hing mui powder https://amzn.to/2yOhB95
• 1 cup brown sugar https://amzn.to/2yNoffK

*optional: you can use red food dye instead of li hing mui powder https://amzn.to/3eNhqf3
We bought all of our ingredients at Foodland. If you do not have a Foodland near you, you can find most of the products on amazon.
HOW TO MAKE PICKLED MANGO:
• Peel then cut fresh mangoes into thin slices.
• Place the sliced mangoes in a jar.
• Put 2-3 li hing mui seeds in the jar with the mango slices.
• Then make the pickle juice mixture - combine water, rice vinegar, brown sugar, and salt in a pan over high, and bring to a boil, stirring constantly until sugar dissolves.
• Pour the pickle juice mixture over mangoes. Seal the jar and refrigerate (5 hours or more).
• Serve when it's cold and enjoy!
