Shannon - "I really like the Shakeology and I'm glad I tried the strawberry. I like the box of 3 because of the variety and convenience. I think I would be tired of one flavor if I got the bag. It helps in the mornings to get me going and of course it's super easy and only takes a few minutes. I usually don't even need a snack until lunch. I have had a lot less tummy issues, so I'm not sure what the biggest factor in that is, but I have been feeling great! Yesterday, I was feeling exhausted after work and really wanted to just hang out on the couch and catch up on tv and not do much of anything but I made myself do my workout first and was productive the rest of the evening!"
