hope every one is good. I created a look very similar to this 2 years ago and put up pictures on the blog. I've gotten a couple of requests to make a video tutorial showing how I created the look, so here it is.
This look is bold and dark. Definitely more of a night time look. I love playing with glitter and this just gave me an excuse. I hope you guys enjoy this tutorial.
