This is my 10 week post op review along with showing you how I apply my scar treatment.
My muscles seem to be really relaxed, I did have a full abdominoplasty;done by Dr. Bruce Kadz, out of Beverly Hills, but my top of the stomach is either still swollen or the muscles may have cone undone, which I really hope not because I'm definitely not thinking about going back under.

It could also be extra fluid, but my PS didn't say it was.

I can move my hips/stomach, but Yoga was a fail for me. It was uncomfortable.
When I first wake up, my tummy is flat until it relaxed during the day.
