I am not a professional in any way. I am a dancer and a swimmer and I take those two sports REALLY seriously so I feel obligated to workout every day. I did not come up with most of these exercises. I just put them into a routine which would be able to fit me and my body physically. I don't think that I have a perfect body at all. I work out only for muscle toning and strength. I am not trying to encourage anyone to feel like they have to lose weight, because I believe that everyone is beautiful not matter what size or shape they are.
