This video will show you how to use water decals and make a very simple world cup nail art design with them.

Start with a base coat and apply 2 layers of a light nail polish. When your nails are dry, cut the decals you want to use and make sure they fit your nails. Submerge them in water for 15 seconds or until the decal lets go of the paper. With tweezers, pick up the decal and place them on your nail. (tip: make sure your nails are wet, so you can move the decal around). When you nails are dry, use a dotting tool with acrylic paint or nail polish to create dots around the decals.

Lastly, apply a topcoat and you're done!
