I've been gone for 4 months! This is what I've been doing! Health & Fitness has become a huge staple in my life and I wanted to share it with you.
The books I used:
*The New Abs Diet: The 6 week plan to flatten your stomach and keep you lean for life
*The New Abs Diet: Cookbook
*Kitchen Survival Guide: Cook This Not That
Those books were a life saver!!!!!!
Also, here are some extra tips if you dont want to buy the books...
Basically, I eat 6 small meals a day... 1.Protein shake in the morning before I go to the gym.
2.Protein shake after I get back from the gym.
3.breakfast that consist of turkey sausage, egg whites and an avocado. 4.lunch might be 6oz of fish or 4oz of chicken, half a cup to a cup of brown rice, and a cup or two of veggies.
5. A snack, an apple and two table spoons of almond or peanut butter
6. Dinner would be the same as lunch, 6oz of fish or 4oz of chicken, half a cup to a cup of brown rice and a cup or two of veggies.
You're suppose to eat every two hours. Protein shakes count as a meal btw. I try to eat mostly organic food, but frozen veggies work the same. I grill or boil my chicken with salt free seasonings. No Salt. The vegetables should be steamed (a little under cooked to keep the nutrients). No butter. Pam olive oil spray works really well. There are tons of other food combos but this was just an example, lol you know. Turkey meat is really good and so is Bison. Lawd knows I love pork but I try to stay away lol
