Though ths product has been available for a while in the UK and perhaps other parts of Europe, they have only recently become available in Canada.

I was pretty excited to see these on shelves because I prefer them over the Revlon lacquer balms. I would be inclined to say they are sort of a cross breed between the Revlon Balm Stain and Lacquers - best of both worlds I suppose.
