Weight Loss Update - March 2014 (Flab to Fab in 2014)

Short and sweet this month, not too much to share except my honesty - please do not take offence to the housework comment, I am a girl who believes in sharing the workload and working as a team - but what do i know? im the serial furniture mover lol, i have to clean when i move stuff as a cloud of dust hits me when i move furniture. I do think its good exercise and gives you a sense of accomplishment though, and though i dont love it, once i get started its not all that bad. I guess this feeling also comes from a time when i injured my back and couldnt help out as much and as an independent person i found that so very hard to deal with, i like to do my part and found it very frustrating when i couldnt.
