This is not like the original tutorial i did http://youtu.be/UAtJkOk7PKE what we want here is subtleness. Yes Kim Kardashian is over 30 but most of us over 30 haven't had botox, fillers, microdermabrasion, vampire facials and i'm not talking one offs - i'm talking sometimes weekly treatments! When you under eye skin is that smooth everything looks good! What we don't want when our skin ages is a VERY highlighted appearance. We want the concealer and foundation to blend into one. We want light under the eyes without screaming it . We also don't want to use lots of powder as its ageing to the face as we age.
But don't get me wrong, just because you're over 30 doesn't mean you can't rock anything, it just means that if you're dealing with certain issues, wrinkles, bags, creepy skin that you need to do things slightly differently.

What if there are really dark circles under the eye? Should the concealer still be lighter to begin with?
