Contrary to many people, I prefer using BB creams and dewy foundation in the winter to combat the appearance of dry skin due to the elements. If I wear those in the summer, I tend to look like an grease ball because my skin produces more oil this time of year.

In the warmer months - I like my matte finish products and mineral powder foundations. Why? Because by the time my foundation sets, the matte foundation I wear looks much more natural and stays put longer.

Does anyone else feel the same?

This routine is a bit more than I usually wear for an everyday basis. Feel free to tweak the routine to suit your preference.
