Hey Here are my favourite juices to drink. Juicing is a great way of including vegetables into your diet if you don't like them. Don't be fooled by the colour or the ingredients. These juices taste sweet like fruit juice but so much better. I have found since juicing for just over 1 year that my skin is a lot clearer, my guts are a lot healthier and when I want to slim down or de bloat these juices are perfect. I love to have a juice in the morning on an empty stomach so my intestine can absorb all the nutrients. The juices with the avocado in taste just like milkshakes they are AMAZING! I also like to do 1 and 3 day jucing before an event of holiday so let me know in the comments bar below if you would like a juice diary video.
