Here's how I put blonde highlights in my red hair! I did one half of my hair at a time and left it on for about 40 minutes. Bear in mind my hair was previously lightened, so the highlights came easily. If your hair is black or dark brown, you may need multiple processes. I may not be a professional, but I know my hair and what it can handle. If you're unsure of using dye or bleach on your hair either go to a salon or avoid color all together.
