I knew as soon as I saw a Dollar Tree so close to my hotel in Buffalo NY that it was a sign and I needed to check it out. I picked up some stuff I haven't seen at my Dollar Tree, but sadly no Physicians Formula. I also threw in a couple things I picked up from Walmart.
