Making and Cutter Winter Sea Soap

I was going for a winter wonderland look with dark and light blues with a white thrown in to off set both blues. It didnt end up like that it turned out to look more like the rough winter sea with light blue and a blueish green color with the white looking like the foam as the waves crash on the shore. The fragrance i was used was winter white as said to smell like fresh crisp mountain air, but i found the smell of hollie beach in the winter from the get go. So i renamed the soap.
