Here are some of my favourite fitness equiptment I like to use to get a really good workout at or at the gym. Working out doesnt have to be expensive you can do it in your house or at the park. If you want a little more resistnce to your workouts or to just incorperate some different workout routines then here is some cheap gym gear to help you. A Yoga mat for yoga pilates and stretching exercises. abs. A Skipping rope is great for cardio and burning fat fast. A resistance band to tone your arms, legs and bum. Get an amazing perky, toned bum with ankle weights.
