◊ I N S T R U C T I O N S ◊
→ You will need Vaseline/Petroleum Jelly or your favorite super soft lip balm. I got my petroleum jelly from a cheap shop next door to me for £1!! What a bargain guys! love it!
→ You will need some Peppermint oil, I got mine from here:

→ Cinnamon Oil: http://astronutrition.com/now-cinnamon-cassia-oil-1-fl-oz.html?___landing=gbp999

(You should maybe trying doing a good old Google search before using my links in case you can find an even better bargain!)

→ Little pot containers, again it would be best to Google this or look on Ebay, you should be able to grab a good few pairs at a really good price of perhaps £2

→ You don't necessarily need a cuticle pusher to mix the formula, use the end of a tea spoon or anything you feel is suitable to mix with.

→ Cotton buds, tissue/baby wipes would be handy to have on hand!

● Now, add to your mixed Vaseline/lip balm 3 drops of cinnamon and 3 drops of peppermint oil. Mix well. Be careful not to touch your face if you apply this with your hands/fingers as it may cause irritation!

● For a more user friendly/day time lip balm to apply before lipstick etc, same process but add 4 drops of peppermint oil and 2 drops of cinnamon oil.ღ
