Hi all! This was a question from a viewer. They asked how to sleep while keeping curls in your hair. But really this video is for keeping any kind of down style while sleeping. As we know, hair can be a bit complicated, so laying down on it naturally makes it a little flatter. But if you have curled, or straightened or given it a voluminous blowout, both things I mention in this video are things that can help preserve the hair better than just normal sleeping.
