FitTea - Helps immune system, calms belly, and weight loss.
RunKeeper APP - Keeps track of your run, calories, and progress.
Weight Watchers APP - Helps stay on a set calorie diet and gives you healthy options and meal portions to lose weight.
@WaistedbyKeKe on IG : Waist trainer - Helps to create a waist. It hasn't worked for me, but I haven't worn it long enough. Its uncomfortable and I can't breathe. Stay tuned.
Hat - You can find them every where. I wear them to keep my hair back and to protect my face from sweat and the sun.
