Tips
1. Use another well-fitting tee (of the same fabric) as a guide
2. To make straight lines, use a ruler
3. Match up the sleeve hems and the bottom hem, to make sure everything is even
4. Use the largest stitch on your sewing machine, just in case if you need to rip out the seams later (it will be much easier this way)
5. Practice on a less-favorable shirt, if you are afraid of messing up your first one
6. Try your garment on, pin and re-pin, rip seams and sew again if you have to, it's all apart of learning to tailor and alter your own clothing
7. Don't give up! Try and try again! :D
